If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. The materials contained in this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Final pricing, materials, and scheduling for any garage cabinet, flooring, or related installation project are governed by the separate written service agreement or estimate signed by the customer, not by the general content of this Site.

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 8. Deposits and Cancellations

Garage cabinet, flooring, and related installation projects generally require a signed estimate or service agreement and a deposit prior to scheduling. Deposit, cancellation, and refund terms for a specific project are governed by that signed estimate or service agreement. Except as otherwise stated in a signed agreement, deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun on a customer's behalf. Requests to cancel or reschedule prior to material order or fabrication may be eligible for a refund of the deposit, less any costs already incurred.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
